Blend:
2 Cups sugar
2 eggs

Add:
2 cups flour
2 tsp baking soda
1/2 tsp salt
1 – 20 oz can crushed pineapple including juice
1 tsp vanilla
1/2 cup coarsely chopped nuts

Frosting to follow
Directions:
Directions:
Blend above and pour into 9x13 pan and bake 350⁰ for 40 – 45 minutes. Cool then frost.

Frosting:
2 – 3 oz cream cheese
2-1/2 cup confectioner’s sugar
1 tsp vanilla
1-2 tesp milk (add small amount 1st and then more as needed.
