1 1/2 Lb Lean Ground Beef (I use Ground Round)
1 Medium Onion
2 Eggs
1 1/2 Cups Milk
1 1/4 Cup Yellow Corn Meal
1 Regular Size Can Cream Style Corn
1 1/2 Tsp Baking Soda
1 1/2 Tsp Salt
Sliced or Chopped Jalapeno Peppers to Taste

Directions:
Directions:
Brown ground beef and onion, drain, then place on bottom of 13x9 pan, Grate or slice cheese on top. Mix all remaining ingredients together and pour on top of meat and cheese. (Mixture will be thin!! work down into the meat and cheese just a tad!!!) Bake at 350 for 30-45 minutes!!! DO NOT OVERBAKE
