1 Medium Cabbage
1 1/2 Pounds of Ground Chuck
1/2 Medium Onion Chopped
1/4 Green Pepper Chopped
1 Egg
1 1/2 Cups Uncooked Rice
1 Small Can Tomatoe Sauce
Mix Well

1 Large Can Whole Tomatoes to Pour Over Rolls

Directions:
Directions:
Take core out of cabbage. Put core down in a pot of water with salt and cover to steam. Remove leaves as they soften. Mix meat, onion, green pepper, egg, tomatoe sauce and rice. Roll in mixture in leaf tuck in sides and place haphazardly in pot. Pour 1 large can of whole tomatoes over rolls. Cook on medium heat for 1/2 to 1 hour. Shake pot every once in awhile. Do not stir. Put on low after 30 minutes
