1 1/2 c. plain flour
1/2 c. brown sugar
1/2 c. margarine
2 eggs
1 1/2 c. coconut
2 tbsp. flour
1/2 tsp. baking powder
1 c. brown sugar
1 c. chopped nuts
1/2 tsp. vanilla
1/4 tsp. salt

Directions:
Mix flour, brown sugar and margarine. pat into a well buttered 9 x 13 in. glass dish and bake for 10 min. at 275º. Mix remaining ingredients. Spread on top of bottom layer. Bake for 20 min. at 350º. After the cookies cool, make the following topping and spread evenly....
ICING:
1 lemon
1 c. 4x sugar
1 tbsp. margarine, melted
Combine ingredients and mix well.
