4 doves
1 pork chop
1 T oil
1 stalk celery, chopped
2 green onions, chopped
1 sprig fresh parsley, chopped
1 cup cooked rice
1 to 2 eggs, beaten
salt and pepper to taste
Worcestershire sauce to taste
hot pepper sauce to taste

Quarter the doves and cut the pork chop into 1-inch squares, leaving the fat on. Brown the pork chop lightly in oil. Add the doves; brown and reduce heat. Add celery and cook slightly. Add onions and parsley and cook until limp. Mix the rice in thoroughly. Add 1 beaten egg and cook until set. If one egg doesn't hold the mixture together, add another. Add salt, pepper, Worcestershire sauce and pepper sauce to taste.
