2 Eggs beaten
1/2 c. sugar
1 1/2 c. pumpkin
2 tsp. water
1/2 c. oil
5 tsps. vanilla extract
1 2/3 c flour
1 tsp. baking soda
3/4 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. cloves
5 tsp. ground cinnamon
1/4 tsp. baking powder
1/2 c. cinnamon roasted almonds

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350º bake for 1 hour. Makes 1 loaf. Combine eggs and sugar in large mixing bowl. Add pumpkin, oil, water and vanilla. Sift flour, baking sode, powder into bowl. Add spices to flour. Gradually add flour dry ingredients above. Mix well. Pour into greased loaf pan
