3 egg yolks
lemon riind-about 1 teaspoon 1 cup sour cream.

In saucepan place sugar,cornstarch-add butter,lemon rind and juice-egg yolks and milk. Cook stirring tilll thick and smooth.Chill
,When cool fold in sour cream. Pour into baked pieshell.©
