3/4 cup reduced sodium soy sauce
1/4 cup olive oil
1/2 cup water
1/2 cup honey
6 scallions or green onions, chopped
4 cloves garlic, pressed or finely chopped
1 flank steak

Directions:
Directions:
Place all the above ingredients in a resealable plastic bag. Squeeze all excess air out of the bag and seal. Marinate for at least 2 days in refrigerator. Remove steak from marinade and grill. Place marinade in sauce pan to heat until reduced to half the volume. Slice steak across the grain at a slant.
Serve with marinade.
