1 package (16.5 oz.) refrigerated cookie bar dough
2 packages (8 oz. each) cream cheese, softened
1 can (14 oz.) sweetened condensed milk
2 large eggs
2 tsp. vanilla extract
1 can (21 oz.) cherry pie filling

Directions:
Preheat oven to 325º. Place 1 piece of cookie dough into 24 individual muffin cups. Bake for 10-12 minutes or until cookie has spread to edge of cup. Beat cream cheese, sweetened condensed milk, eggs and vanilla extract in medium bowl. Pour about 3 T cream cheese mixture over each cookie in muffin cup. Bake for an additional 15-18 minutes or until set. Cool completely in pan. Top with cherry pie filling. Refrigerate for 1 hour.
