1&1/2 c oil,i use canola
2 c sugar
4 eggs
2 c flour
2tsp.cinnamon
2tsp.baking soda
1tsp salt
2 c shredded carrots 4-5

Directions:
Directions:
This is a one bowl cake Mix oil,sugar an eggs in a large mixing bowl,stir to combine then add flour,baking soda,salt and cinnamon,mix well with
spoon.Add shredded carrots and stir well. (I shred.
my carrots in a small food chopper.)
Grease and flour your pan,bundt or a 13x9
Place in a 350º oven for 50-60 minutes.Check center with toothpick.When cake is done and cooled for 10 min.in pan turn out into cake carrier
with cover.Keep cake covered until you frost. I frost
with cream cheese and walnut frosting.Yum!
