8 oz. Velveeta Cheese
2 sticks margarine
1/2 c. Hershey's cocoa
2 tsp. vanilla
2 lbs. powdered sugar
1 c. chopped pecans (optional)
Directions:
Directions:
Melt cheese and butter in a large microwave safe bowl, stirring every 30 seconds or so. Add cocoa and vanilla, and mix well. Gradually add powdered sugar and mix well. If mixture becomes too thick to stir, place back in microwave for a few seconds. Add pecans, if desired. Pour into buttered dish.
