6 Large Potatoes
1 1/4 Tsp Salt
1/4 Tsp Pepper
1/4 Cup Butter
1 Cup Cheddar Cheese, Shredded
1 Cup Hot Hot Milk
3 Green Onions
1/2 Cup Sour Cream-Optional

Directions:
Directions:
1. Scrub potatoes, pierce skins, and bake at 425º for 60 minutes.
2. Cut potatoes and sculp out pulp; mash.
3. Add salt, pepper, butter, and cheese; mix well.
4. Add hot milk and beat until fluffy and cheese is melted.
5. Stir in green onions and reduce oven heat to 375º.
6. Spoon potatoes into an 11x7 baking dish. Sprinkle with cheese and green onions; bake for 15 minutes.
