10 to 12 jalapeno peppers
8 oz. cream cheese, softened
1 c. shredded cheddar cheese
1 c. shredded Monterey Jack cheese
6 slices of bacon, cooked & crumbled
1/4 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. chili powder
1/4 tsp. garlic powder
bread crumbs

Directions:
Directions:
Carefully cut the jalapeno peppers in half and clean out the seed cavity. Place in boiling water and boil for 5 minutes (be careful not to breathe the steam). Remove from pan & drain. Mix the softened cream cheese, cheeses, bacon and spices and roll into small logs (the size to fit in the peppers). Stuff the cheese mixture into the peppers and roll in bread crumbs. Bake at 300 degrees for 5-10 minutes until the cheese starts to melt.
