4 eggs
1/4 cup butter
1 T flour
1 T corn meal
1/4 light cream
1/4 cup fresh lemon juice
1 T grated lemon rind

Directions:
Directions:
Beat eggs and butter until creamy. MIx dry ingredients together and add to egg mixture, a small amount at a time. Slowly add cream,lemon juice and rind.
Pour into an unbaked 9" pie shell.
Bake at 375º for 40 minutes.
