20 oz. can tidbit pineapple
3 T. pineapple juice (reserved from can)
1/2 c. sugar
3 T. flour
1 c. shredded cheddar cheese
1/2 stick melted butter
1 c. crushed Ritz crackers

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350º. Drain pineapple, reserving 3 T. of juice. Combine sugar, flour, juice and mix well. Add pineapple and cheese. Place in greased 8 or 9" dish. Combine melted butter and crackers. Spread on top of pineapple mixture. Bake 20 - 25 minutes.
