LEMON JUICE
SALT
GROUND PEPPER (IF DESIRED)
WORCESTERSHIRE SAUCE

Directions:
Directions:
TAKE BUTTER AT OR NEAR ROOM TEMP AND ADD CHOPPED PARSLEY, LEMON JUICE, SALT AND IF DESIRED AND FRESHLY GROUND PEPPER TO TASTE. IF WANTED ADD A DASH OF WORCESTERSHIRE SAUCE. LET BUTTER CHILL SLIGHTLY UNTIL IT CAN BE ROLLED OR SHAPED TUBE FASHIONED IN WAX OR PARCHMENT PAPER. CHILL TILL FIRM AND CUT INTO SLICES BEFORE USING IT AS A TOPPING FOR STEAKS OR WHATEVER. TIGHTLY WRAP. KEEP ONE WEEK.
