1 cup chopped Pecans
1 tbsp. Butter
5 Eggs
1 1/4 cups Sugar
1 can Sweetened Condensed Milk
1 tsp. Vanilla
2 tsp. Butter Flavor
1/4 tsp. maple flavor
1 small package Instant Vanilla Pudding
Milk or Cream

Directions:
Directions:
Toast pecans at 300º for 10 minutes. Beat eggs and sugar together and add other ingredients. Put in 1 gallon ice cream bucket and add enough milk or cream to make 1 gallon. Mix. Freeze until firm.
