3-4 Ib roast or Stew meat
2 large onions, diced (2 cups)
1 6-ounce can tomato paste
1 cup dry red wine $
3-4 cut potatoes
1 bag of baby carrots
2 cups beef broth
1 pkg onion soup mix
1 pkg ranch mix
1 pkg brown gravy mix
1 bay leaf
1 cup frozen peas, thawed

Directions:
Directions:
Put meat & veggies in slow cooker. In bowl mix the seasonings, wine and broth. Pour liquid seasoning over the meat and veggies. Cover and cook on low heat for 7 1/2 hours, or on high for 4 hours. Add the peas and heat through.
