2 T. of Oil,
Grated Clove of Garlic,
1 can Crushed Tomatoes, large,
2 cans Tomato Paste, small,
Grated Parmesan Cheese,
Pepper to taste,
1 Sweet & Low Package,
1 tsp. Dried Basil,
1/2 Onion, grated or 1 tsp. Onion Powder,
12 pieces of Chicken Cutlet,
1 lb. Mozzarella,
6 Eggs,
Italian-style Breadcrumbs.

Directions:
Make sauce.
Dip cutlet into eggs. Then put into bread crumbs.
Fry in hot oil until golden and put on to paper towels so it can absorb grease. Scoop sauce into baking pan until covered. Layer chicken cutlets. Layer sliced mozzarella. Continue until tray is full. Put in oven for 1/2 hour to 1 hour at 350º. Cut and serve.
