1 tbsp. olive oil
2 lg. sweet red peppers, sliced
2 lg. sweet green peppers, sliced
2 lg. yellow peppers, sliced
1 lg. onion, sliced
1 tbsp. sugar
5 tbsp. balsamic vinegar
3 tbsp. fresh basil, finely chopped
salt and pepper to taste
16 oz. rotini or penne pasta, cooked

In a large skillet, heat oil over medium hear. Add peppers and onions. Cook, stirring occasionally, until onion is browned. Stir in remaining ingredients, except for pasta. Cook, stirring until peppers are glazed. Toss pasta and pepper mixture together. Serve with fresh bread.
