1/4 c. butter
1 c. half inch cubes of bread
1/4 c. brown sugar
1/2 tsp. cinnamon
2 c. strawberries - sliced
vanilla ice cream

Directions:
Melt butter in skillet. Add bread cubes and cook gently until golden. Add sugar and cinnamon and cook. Add berries and cook for one minute. Serve over ice cream immediately.
