1 pkg. orange-pineapple Jello
1 (9 oz) can crushed pineapple
1 c. evaporated milk
1 c. grated, raw carrots
1 T. Miracle Whip (if desired)
Directions:
Directions:
Drain pineapple. Use juice and add water to make 1 c. of liquid. Bring to a boil, then pour over the jello. Let cool. Add the evaporated milk, pineapple, carrots and Miracle Whip. Let set.
