2 Tbsp margarine
3/4 C. onion(chopped)
1 lb.ground chuck
1 1/4 tsp seasoned salt
1/4 minced dried garlic
1/4 tsp.oregano
1/4 tsp thyme leaves
1 tsp Worchestershire
1-1 lb can whole tomatoes
1-101/2oz.cream of mushroom soup
1 C. precooked rice
3 slices Cheddar cheese,cut in 4 strips
stuffed green olives sliced

º1 1/2 qt. baking dish, medium skillet
In hot butter in skillet brown onions with chuck. Sprinkle seasoned salt, oregano, thyme, garlic; stir in worcestershire, tomatoes, soup, rice. Simmer 5 min. stirring occasionally. Spoon into 1 1/2 qt. shallow baking dish; arrange cheese strips, crisscross over top. Broil 5 min. or until cheese is bubbly,garnish with olive slices.
