6 boiled sweet potatoes
1/2 c. brown sugar
4 apples (peeled and sliced)
1 bag mini-marshmallows
1 tsp. cinnamon
1 tsp. salt
1/4 c. butter
1/2 water
Directions:
Directions:
Remove potato skins and cut in slices. Mix brown sugar, cinnamon and salt. Arrange layers of potatoes in buttered casserole dish.
Repeat with apples and then with potatoes. Pour water on top and cover. Bake at 400º for 30 minutes. Sprinkle marshmallows over the top and put in the oven until brown on top.
