1 c. shortening
2 c. sugar
2 eggs
2 tsp. baking powder
1 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. cinnamon
4 c. flour
1/2 tsp. cloves
1 tsp. baking soda
2 c. smashed, canned pumpkin
3 c white chocolate chips or any chip of your choice

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 375º. Cream together shortening and sugar; add eggs. Mix in dry ingredients. Add pumpkin and mix well. Fold in white chocolate chips. Spoon onto greased baking sheets. Bake for 12-15 minutes.
