3 Cloves garlic, minced
1/2 sweet red pepper, diced
1 Pound lean ground beef
1 tsp Fresh ginger, minced
1/4 Cup soy sauce
1 Tbsp Asian chili sauce
1 tsp Sesame Oil
1 Head Bibb or Boston lettuce, separated into
individual leaves
Wedges of fresh lime
Toppings:
Hoisin sauce, chopped green onion, shredded carrot or cucumer, chopped cilantro or mint.

Directions:
Directions:
In large skillet cook garlic, diced pepper, ground beef and ginger root on medium heat, stirring occasionally for 8 to 10 minutes until beef is browned and cooked. Drain off excess fat.. Add soy sauce, chili sauce and sesame oil; reduce heat to medium-low and simmer 3 - 4 minutes.
Transfer to bowl and serve with lettuce and toppings.
