"As I ate the oysters with their strong taste of the sea and their faint metallic taste that the cold white wine washed away, leaving only the sea taste and the succulent texture, and as I drank their cold liquid from each shell and washed it down with the crisp taste of the wine, I lost the empty feeling and began to be happy, and to make plans."--Ernest Hemingway

2 cans apple pie filling
1 box pork seasoned stuffing mix

Directions:
Season pork chops with your favorite seasoning. Brown well both sides, but don't cook all the way through. Put apple pie filling in the bottom of 13" x9" casserole dish. Place pork chops on top of the apples, and prepared stuffing on top of the pork chops. Cook at 350º for 20 minutes with foil, and then 10 minutes without. Test meat for doneness. Meat should be at least 165 degrees.

Personal Notes:
Personal Notes:
For a side I usually buy baked beans and add a little cayenne and onion to them. Let them cook on medium low heat while the pork dish is baking. Serve beans as a side. A hit every time!
