1 box seasoned croutons
8 eggs
1 cup milk
2 lbs. mild/spicy breakfast sausage, browned and drained
1 cup grated parmesan cheese

Directions:
Directions:
Butter a 9" square baking dish. Mix eggs and milk in medium bowl. Sprinkle croutons over bottom of dish. Layer cooked, crumbled, sausage over bread. Pour egg mixture over all, and sprinkle grated cheese on top. Cover with foil, and refrigerate overnight. (at least four hours) The next day remove foil before baking.
Oven at 350 degrees.
Approximately 1 hour cooking time.

Serve with fruit kabobs, and you have a great breakfast. Works well for brunch/buffets. Recipe can be doubled for a large crowd, and baked in a 13'x9' baking dish. My grandfather, Sam Genovese, Sr. really likes this.
