2 lbs. ground beef
2 cloves garlic
2 cups shredded Parmesan cheese
2 eggs
1/2 cup Swiss cheese, grated
1/4 milk
1 cup panko bread crumbs
1 cup canola oil
Chopped parsley to taste*
Salt and pepper to taste*

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350º Add all ingredients into a bowl and mix together. Begin to roll meatballs of desired size. Not to small bigger is better. Heat a non stick skillet and add 1 cup canola oil. Fry meatballs until brown. Drain on paper towels. Place meatballs in oven and bake for 30 minutes. Add to your favorite sauce and pasta dish or make one killer meatball sub!
