12 part-Skim Cheese Sticks
1 Large Egg, Beaten
2 Tablespoons Flour
5 Tablespoons Italian Seasoned Bread Crumbs
5 Tablespoons Panko Crumbs
2 Teaspoons Parmesan Cheese
1 Tablespoon Dried Parsley
Olive Oil Cooking Spray

Directions:

1. Cut cheese in half to form 24 pieces. Place in freezer until frozen.
2. In small bowl, whisk the egg. Place the flour on a different small dish. In separate bowl combine bread crumbs, panko, Parmesan cheese, and dried parsley.
3. Dip the frozen sticks in flour, shaking off excess, then in egg, and finally into bread crumbs.
4. Once done with all 24 pieces, place on a tray with waxed paper. Place back into freezer until ready to bake.
5. When ready to bake, preheat oven to 400º. Cover pan with aluminum foil and place cheese sticks onto it.
6. Spray cheese sticks with a little oil and bake in the bottom of your onion for 4-5 minutes, watching them closely so they don't melt.
7. Turn and bake for 4-5 more minutes, watching closely.
