1 crust for 9" deep pie pan

1/2 cup sugar
3 Tbsp flour
1 tsp cinnamon
1/2 tsp salt
6 cups thinly sliced apples (combo delicious & fuji)
1/4 cup caramel topping
1/2 cup chopped pecans

Crumb Topping:
1 cup packed brown sugar
1/2 cup flour
1/2 cup quick cooking oats
1/2 cup butter

Directions:
Directions:
Crumb topping: stir together brown sugar, flour & oats; cut in 1/2 cup butter until crumbly, set aside.

In large mixing bowl, stir together sugar, flour, cinnamon & salt; add sliced/peeled apples and toss to coat. Add to unbaked pie shell; sprinkle with crumb topping. Place pie on a cookie sheet (to catch drippings) and cover crust edges w/foil. Bake at 375º for 25 mins; remove foil and back for 25-30 mins. Srpinkle pie with chopped pecans and drizzle with caramel topping. Great served warm!
