4 cups apricots, cut-up
1 cup sugar
1 Tbsp lemon juice
1/2 tsp nutmeg
1/2 tsp cinnamon
1/3 cup flour
1/2 cup sugar
pinch salt
1/3 cup butter, softened
1 unbaked pie shell

Directions:
Directions:
Mix apricots, sugar, lemon juice, nutmeg & cinnamon together and set aside. Mix remaining ingredients until crumbly. Pour apricot mixture into unbaked pie shell and top w/crumbly mixture. Bake at 425º for 10 mins then reduce to 350º and bake for additional 45 mins.
