Large elbow macaroni
2 eggs
1/2 cup mayonnaise
2 T. margarine
Colby jack cheese, shredded

Directions:
Boil a pot full of large elbow macaroni about 12 minutes.
Drain macaroni and return to pot. Add eggs, mayonnaise, and margarine. Mix well.
Cover the bottom of a baking bowl with the macaroni mixture. Add a layer of shredded colby jack cheese. Continue layering in this fashion until the bowl is filled, ending with a layer of cheese. Bake at 350º about 30 minutes until cheese is melted and a light brown crust is formed on top.
