3 c. rhubarb
2 tbsp. cornstarch
1 1/2 c. sugar
1 tsp. vanilla

Crust
1 1/2 c. rolled oats
1 1/2 c. flour
1/2 tsp. soda
1/4 tsp. salt
1 c. brown sugar
1 c. butter
1 tsp. soda
Directions:
Directions:
Melt butter for crust and mix with other ingredients. Press 2/3 of crumb mixture into bottom of greased 9X13 inch pan.

Filling
Bring to boil all ingredients until it is thick and then cool.

Add filling on top of crumb mixture in pan. Sprinkle with remaining 1/3 crumb mixture on top.

Bake at 350 º F for 35 minutes.
