2-1/2 cups navy bean
1/2 cup brown sugar
3/4 tsp.salt
1/4 cup molasses
1/2 tsp. dry mustard
1/8 tsp ginger
1/2 cup salt pork,cubed
1 large onion
1 can crushed pineapple

Directions:
Directions:
Rinse beans and soak in 2 qts.cold water overnight. Combine beans, water and pineapple liquid with remaining ingredients in large bean pot or casserole. Bake, covered, in a preheated 300º oven for 6-8 hours, adding water as needed to keep beans covered at all times.
