8 - 10 med. potatoes
1 onion,chopped
1/2 cup green onions,chopped
3 stalks celery,chopped
4 eggs, hardboiled,chopped
1 cup Mayonnaise
1 tsp celery seed
2 tblsp. Mrs.Dash seasoning
1/2 tsp paprika
salt and pepper to taste

Directions:

Cook potatoes in boiling water then drain and set aside to cool. Mix together diced cooked potatoes in a large salad bowl, add in all the chopped onions,celery, cooked chopped eggs. In a small bowl mix together mayo, and seasonings and add to potatoes,stir everything together. Sprinkle potato salad with paprika.Refridgerate 2 hours.
