1 Green Cabbage ,shredded
2 apples,cored and diced
2 celery stalks ,chopped
1/2 cup green onion ,chopped
1-1/2 tsp. celery seed
3/4 cup Mayo
1/4 cup sugar
1/3 cup vinegar,
pepper to taste

Directions:
Directions:
Shred cabbage and set aside in a large bowl. Add apples,celery,onion. In a small bowl mix together mayo, vinegar, sugar, celery seed, pepper and a pinch of salt. Combine all these ingredients into cabbage mixture,make sure to mix well,cover and let stand in fridge 2-3 hours.

Optional ingredients to add;
Sunflower seeds,toasted almonds,cranberries, or sultana raisins.
