1 Baguette, sliced on the diagonal into in 1/4" - 1/2" slices (about 10 - 12 slices)
3 Tbsp. olive oil
4 oz. of soft Gorgonzola
honey - enough to drizzle over bruschetta slices

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 400°
Slice the baguette on the diagonal into in 1/4" to 1/2" slices which will make about 10 to 12 slices.
Lay out slices of bread on a cookie sheet or on a pizza stone. Brush bread with olive oil. Spread cheese on the bread.
Toast in oven about 2-3 minutes. Remove toast when toast is golden brown and cheese is beginning to melt and lightly bubbling.
Drizzle honey over bruschetta, serve immediately.
