1 1/8 C water
1 egg, beaten
3 T dry milk
2-3 T honey
1 1/2 C wheat flour
1 1/2 C whole flour
1 T gluten
2T flaxseed
1-2 T butter
1 tsp. salt
3 tsp yeast
Directions:
Directions:
Mix egg and water together and then add all ingredients to Bread Machine.

Select dough mode on the bread machine.

Bake in oven 350º for 20-30 minutes.

I think the beaten egg with the water is what makes this bread soft.
