Ingredients:
Ingredients:
1lb. extra lean ground beef
1 can of refried black beans
1 small can of mild Old El Paso enchilada sauce
Cheddar Cheese
Chili powder
Garlic Salt
1 box hard shelled corn taco's

Directions:
Directions:
In a large pan while meat is browning add a dash of garlic salt and chili powder to flavor meat. After meat is fully cooked, and the fat in the pan has mostly cooked off, add 1/4th of the can of enchilada sauce to the meat. Stir to evenly coat. Turn down heat to medium low and add beans to meat. Once completely incorporated, add two tbsp. of enchilada sauce and mix. At this point taste your taco mixture, if you like the flavor you're done. I like to add a dash of chili powder and garlic salt at the end for a boost of flavor. Now that your taco mixture is done, grate the cheese and set the table. You can, of course, add any veggies you would like to your taco's. This is a great taco mixture for many other things like nachos, taco salad and burritos. It is even great as a chip dip. Plus, this recipe is easily doubled.
