1-1/2 lbs.ground beef
1/2 lb.pork
3 eggs
1 tsp.salt
3/4 bread crumbs
1 onion ,grated
1 cup milk
1 tsp. white pepper
1/2 tsp.ginger
Sauce: 3 Tblsp. flour. 1/2 cup cream and 1/2 cup milk.

Directions:

Mix thoroughly all ingredients together.
Form small meatballs and fry until brown. Take meatballs out of the pan and set aside on a plate.
Blend 3 tblsp.flour in the fat in the pan and add cream and milk then add meatballs and simmer for 25 minutes in sauce.Cook until smooth.
