1-1/2 cups cornmeal
1 cup milk
1-1/2 cups cream corn
2 cups flour
1 Tblsp. baking powder
1 tsp.salt
2/3 cup white sugar
2 eggs
1/2 cup oil

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven at 400º.in a small bowl combine cornmeal ,milk,cream corn let stand for 5 min. In a large bowl sift flour baking powder,salt and sugar.Mix dry ingredients into cornmeal mixture add eggs and oil until smooth. Pour into a 13x9 baking pan.
Bake at 400º for 25-30 minutes.
