2 1 tsp. Onion salt, divided
2 1 tsp. table salt, divided
2 1 tsp. Celery salt, divided
2 1 tsp. Worcestershire sauce, divided
2 1 tsp. liquid smoke, divided
2 1 tsp. Garlic powder, divided
2 tsp. sugar

Directions:

Day one: combine one teaspoon of each:
Onion salt
table salt
Celery salt
Worcestershire sauce
liquid smoke
Garlic powder
2 teaspoons sugar
Rub the brisket with this mixture.
Cover tightly with aluminum foil, and store in refrigerator overnight
Day two :
Make the same rub, but omit sugar.
Cook covered at 250º for 8-10 hours.
Drain and cover overnight in refrigerator.
Day three:
Bottle of favorite BBQ sauce and ¼ cup brown sugar.
Slice brisket and add sauce and cook 1-2 hours at 250º
