18 Large Medjool Dates, Pits Removed (I used packaged Dates already pitted)
4 ounces, weight Goat Cheese
6 slices Thick Bacon, Cut In Thirds

Directions:
Slice dates lengthwise. Remove pits and add in a piece of goat cheese. Close tightly and wrap with bacon, securing with a wooden pick.

Bake for 14-17 minutes, turning halfway.

I used 1 pkg pitted dates and worked out the goat cheese and bacon until all dates were wrapped. Three ingredients is my kind of recipe!
