3 lb. brussels sprouts cut in half
3 T. garlic olive oil
1 t. salt
1/2 t. pepper
2 T. lemon zest

Preheat oven to 450º
Mix all except lemon zest. Roast 15-18 min stir occ. Sprinkle with zest before serving
