Ingredients:  
2 packages frozen choped spinach
2 eggs, beaten
2 Tbs grated onion
1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
1/2 cup melted butter
2 cans cream of mushroom soup
1 8oz package cubed Pepperidge Farm Herbed Season Stuffing (comes in 14oz package- use 3/4)

Directions:
Directions:
Cook spinach and drain well. Beat eggs and add soup, butter, onion and cheese. Blend well and add spinach and stuffing. Bake at 350 for 30-45 minutes.
