2 c. sugar
4 eggs
1 c. Crisco oil
2 c. flour
2 tsp. cinnamon
2 tsp. baking soda
1/2 tsp. salt
15 oz. can pumpkin
2 tsp. vanilla
1 stick butter or margarine, softened
8 oz. cream cheese, softened
1 box powdered sugar, sifted
2 tsp. vanilla

Preheat oven to 350º. Grease and flour a Bundt or tube cake pan. Mix sugar and eggs. Add oil. Beat with a mixer for a full 3 minutes. There should be no trace of oil visible. Add flour. Mix well. Add cinnamon, baking soda and salt. Stir in well. Add pumpkin. Blend. Pour into prepared pan. Bake about 55 minutes. Let cool completely and frost with cream cheese icing. Cream Cheese Icing: Cream butter and cream cheese together. Mix in powdered sugar. Add vanilla. Whip well. Pile it on cooled cake.
