2 c. chocolate sandwich cookie crumbs
3/4 stick, unsalted butter, melted
1/3 c. milk
1/3 lb. miniature marshmallows
1 1/2 oz. green creme de menthe
1 1/2 oz. white creme de cocoa
1 1/3 c. whipping cream

Stir cookie crumbs and butter together until ingredients are moist. Press into the bottom of a 9 inch pie pan. Bake at 350º for 12 minutes. Cool to room temperature. In a double boiler, heat milk and the marshmallows until melted. Set aside to cool. Whip the cream. Add the creme de menthe and the creme de cocoa and continue to whip until stiff. Fold the whipped cream into the cooled marshmallow mixture and pour into the crust. Freeze for at least 2 hours. Put chocolate sauce on a plate and place a piece of the pie on top of the sauce. Garnish with a little whipped cream and a strawberry.
