6 medium unpeeled potatoes, baked
1/4 tsp each salt & pepper
1 lb bacon, cooked & crumbled
3 cups sour cream
2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
2 green onions, chopped

Directions:
Directions:
Cut baked potatoes into 1 inch cubes. Place 1/2 potatoes in a greased 9x13 baking dish. Sprinkle half the salt, pepper and bacon. Top with half the sour cream and cheeses. Repeat the layers. Bake uncovered at 350 for 20 minutes. Sprinkle with onion before serving.
