¼ lb. butter
1 ½ cups sugar
½ cups light brown sugar
4 eggs
2 teaspoons vanilla
2 ½ teaspoons baking soda
1 18 oz. jar chunky peanut butter
6 ½ cups uncooked regular oatmeal
7 oz. chocolate chips
1 cup raisins

Preheat oven to 350°.

Cream butter and sugars. Blend in eggs, vanilla, and baking soda until smooth. Add peanut butter. Mix well. With a wooden spoon, stir in oatmeal, chips, and raisins, mixing well.

Drop by large spoonfuls onto greased cookie sheets. Flatten slightly with the back of a spoon.

Bake at 350° for 10 - 12 minutes. Do not overcook. Cool.
